PLEASE NOTE: All positions may require TB test, state and federal FBI background checks, ability to drive, and will have contact with youth who may exhibit acting out behavior or poor choices due to trauma. Staff may work holidays, weekends, evenings, and/or nights. We reserve the right to drug test.

Careers

Resident Specialist

Direct care staff..... NEW PROGRAM

 

Responsibilities include teaching life skills such as: critical thinking, and ADLs. Must have firm, appropriate boundaries. Preferred ratio will be 1:4. May transport, accompany to appointments and cook meals. A variety of schedules are available. May include biannual weekend camping trips or lifeguard training for weekends.

 

Must be 21, prefer 25. High school diploma required, BA preferred. 

 

Starts at $15/hr full time with extensive  paid training. Raise and benefits at 90 days & more  benefits at 1 year.

Volunteers

Part-time volunteers wanted to teach hobbies and activities to youth. Program can provide limited funds for supplies. Training required. 

All positions require proof of ability to work in the U.S., background check, ability to drive company vehicle, and references. Preference given to bilingual individuals (particularly Spanish) but not required.
